Review of "Remembering Moonlight Ballroom" from 2007:

"Canton Cabaret delivers a night to remember"

"The 9-piece orchestra, which was directed by David Kolinski-Schultz and included veteran sax man Jack Halkides for this event, delivered an authentic sound that was amply bright and full enough to satisfy any big band appetite".

Back by popular demand from the 2007 season, "Remembering Moonlight Ballroom" is a celebration of Swing Dancing and the music of the Big Bands.

Life is a Cabaret
December 31st, 2008

A wonderful crowd of New Year's Eve revelers experienced the many varieties of Cabaret entertainment. The Canton Cabaret presented samples of Cabarets from Paris, New York, New Orleans, and Las Vegas. Selections included "C'est Magnifique", "St. Louis Blues", "Knock On Wood", and "Almost Like Being in Love".

If you're looking for an upbeat evening of swing and other dance music for your event, or a pit orchestra for a stage show, contact the Canton Cabaret Orchestra. We can deliver the full sound of a classic Big Band, but in a smaller venue. You provide the stage, we provide the live entertainment.
